Your session begins with a brief intake conversation where your therapist will ask about your health history, any areas of concern, and your pressure preferences. You'll then be shown to a private, warmly lit treatment room. Your therapist will leave you to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table under a draping sheet. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time. After your session, your therapist will step out while you redress, then check in with you before you leave.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This gives you a few minutes to complete any intake paperwork, use the restroom, and begin relaxing before your session starts. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for other guests' scheduled appointments.

Wear whatever is comfortable for you. Most clients undress to their level of comfort — some prefer to keep their undergarments on, while others undress completely. You will be professionally draped with a sheet throughout the session, and only the area being actively massaged will ever be exposed.

Don't hesitate to speak up — we want your experience to be exactly right for you. Before the session, tell your therapist about any areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid, your preferred pressure level, and any injuries or sensitivities. During the session, you can always ask for more or less pressure, adjustments to the room temperature, or anything else that would make you more comfortable.

No, just yourself. We provide everything you need, including fresh linens, draping, and any oils or lotions used during your session. We do ask that you avoid heavy meals or alcohol immediately before your appointment for your own comfort.

Sessions are available in 60-minute and 90-minute durations for most services. Some specialty treatments may have specific durations. When booking, you can select the session length that fits your schedule and goals.

If you're new to massage or looking to relax, Swedish Massage is an excellent starting point. If you have chronic muscle tension or recovering from an injury, Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Massage may be more appropriate. Hot Stone Massage adds warmth and is deeply relaxing. For a shared experience, Couples Massage lets two guests receive treatments simultaneously. Your therapist will also help you choose during your intake conversation.

Yes! If you've had a great experience with a particular therapist, you're welcome to request them when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

No. Couples Massage and Couple's Reflexology are available by appointment only. Due to limited therapist availability, we recommend scheduling these services in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
